At Jake Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and hardware purchases. If an item doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Jake Sales

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
